"The overlap between my client’s Skills, Interests, and Values was leadership, communication, collaboration, creativity, and results oriented. The more my client and I saw these core themes repeated in the career assessment process, the more validating it was for the client, and it also aids the career coach's ability to point to best-fit careers. These core themes are unmovable pieces of what the client needs to feel satisfied in their career - this was key for my client."
