"The training made me braver about running a faster front-end process, starting with Drive and bringing in the other Holland and Values exercises. I had never used the SkillScan Values exercise, (was using a different tool) which I will replace with SkillScan’s version as it connects skills to clients Holland and Values results. I am excited that I can get a client positioned and ready for a job search in 2-3 sessions where before it would take 4-5 sessions to get this far. "
