You will apply  SkillScan’s new AI-Powered Enhanced Career Insights capability to generate tailored career options for your client and facilitate career exploration. 

The certification equips coaches with an integrated, streamlined assessment process that boosts client motivation, delivers clarity faster, and enhances coach confidence in guiding clients toward best fit career options.

You will receive expert guidance on how to effectively administer, analyze, and apply assessment results to meet diverse client needs across key career development stages.

You will also complete an essay-format exam to be awarded the SCA certification.
