Adding Coaches

As an Org Admin, you can view, add, and remove coaches in your organization from the My Organization page. Including coaches on your My Organization page will enable them to can gain access to your organization's pool of access keys and will give you visibility into the assessment keys they have each sent to clients.

How to Add a Coach

If you have new coach to add, ask them to create their own Coach account in the SkillScan system first.

  1. From your Org Admin account, go to the My Organization page click the Edit tab.
  2. Select an empty field in the Coaches section.
  3. Start typing the name of the coach. As you do, coaches with matching names will appear in a drop-down list.
  4. Select the coach from the drop-down list to add them.
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save your additions.
