Video Walkthrough
After you log in to your account, the left menu bar displays on the left side of the site pages. This menu is where you can send clients access keys, track and manage their usage, and view completed assessment reports.
You can expand the menu using the arrow at the bottom of the menu bar to display the names for each icon.
There are four icons displayed in the left menu bar. Here are their names and functions.
Send Access Keys: Use this page to send keys to your clients.
Sent Keys: You can see whether clients have completed the assessments you sent, copy the key link to provide it another way, and reclaim unused keys.
Completed Assessments: Use this page to quickly look up and access a client's assessment report.
