This two-part tutorial covers administration and interpretation of Drive and Express assessments, including integration with client interests and values to deepen client insights. You will be guided through a series of steps; 1) Complete both Drive and Express Assessments and review the first recording; 2) Take the Holland Interest Exercise and the Values Assessment and review the second recording. The final step is to take a 20-item multiple choice exam (pass rate is 70%).

Following successful completion of the exam, you will receive the SkillScan Drive and Express Certification (SDEC) and digital badge to use in marketing materials. The certification demonstrates that you possess the knowledge and skills for effectively administering and interpreting the assessments to meet the needs of your clients.

You have 30 days to complete all assignments including the exam.
