I am a Career Assistant at a large research institution in the Boston area and was excited to learn more about Career Driver Online. I highly recommend the webinar, "Career Turning Points". What I liked the most is the comprehensive summary that Lesah provided, where she pulls together components of SkillScan, Holland's interests, values inventories and MBTI type for the client's complete career evaluation. She concentrates on having the client focus on specifics, making choices of "favorite" skills to use on the job, favorite skill sets to use in their career, most important values and interests and strongest personality preferences so that each client is clear about their choices. I would recommend this webinar to anyone at any stage of career counseling or career coaching. February, 2012
